Warranty & Return Policy

At Yangchenxu Co., Ltd., we value long-term cooperation with our global partners. This policy outlines our warranty coverage, return terms, and service commitments for OEM / ODM and bulk orders, ensuring transparent and reliable cooperation.

  • Pre-Sales Service Commitment

    We provide professional support before order confirmation to help partners evaluate cooperation efficiently.
    Dedicated sales consultant for one-on-one communication on customization requirements
    Free technical and product solution suggestions based on customer needs
    Fast sample development based on drawings, specifications, or physical samples
    Sample fees can be deducted from confirmed bulk orders
    Full disclosure of factory qualifications, production capacity, and quality inspection reports upon request

  • In-Production Service Commitment

    During production, we ensure transparent communication and controlled manufacturing processes.
    Dedicated service group for real-time updates on production progress
    Support for remote factory inspection and third-party quality audits
    Minor design or order detail adjustments supported within a reasonable and feasible scope
    Customized logistics solutions according to customer requirements
    Assistance with export customs clearance, documentation preparation, and trade-related procedures

  • Warranty Coverage

    We provide warranty support for defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship issues.
    Quality issues must be reported within 7 working days after receipt of goods
    A response and preliminary solution will be provided within 24 hours after confirmation
    Warranty applies only to defects arising from materials or production processes

  • Return, Replacement & Compensation Policy

    For confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects, appropriate solutions will be offered, including return, replacement, re-production, or compensation, based on the actual situation and mutual agreement
    Free technical repair guidance will be provided when applicable
    Return or replacement terms will be determined according to order quantity, defect ratio, and commercial impact.

  • Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover:
    Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or non-standard operation
    Normal wear and tear during use
    Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or external factors during transportation not arranged by our company

    Preferential pricing for bulk and repeat orders

  • Policy Scope & Notes

    This policy primarily applies to OEM / ODM and wholesale orders
    Specific terms may vary depending on signed contracts, order agreements, or customized requirements
    In case of discrepancies, the agreed contract terms shall prevail
