Warranty Coverage
We provide warranty support for defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship issues.
Quality issues must be reported within 7 working days after receipt of goods
A response and preliminary solution will be provided within 24 hours after confirmation
Warranty applies only to defects arising from materials or production processes
Return, Replacement & Compensation Policy
For confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects, appropriate solutions will be offered, including return, replacement, re-production, or compensation, based on the actual situation and mutual agreement
Free technical repair guidance will be provided when applicable
Return or replacement terms will be determined according to order quantity, defect ratio, and commercial impact.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or non-standard operation
Normal wear and tear during use
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or external factors during transportation not arranged by our company
